I spoke with Michael Jolley. He is a Developer Advocate at Vonage and as he describes, he spends his days focused on helping others to succeed.
Beyond his work duties, he live stream coding 3 times a week for about 3 to 4 hour each time. It is a lot of commitment!
This is not going on for a long time. Just about 2 years, starting back in 2018.
We discussed how this has helped him landing his current job. We also went through his process on how to put a live stream together, how to build community from it, what motivates him to do this and a lot more.
If you are a parent, check our how Michael is engaging his daughters with his initiatives too.
In the end Michael talks about the need for all of us to be more open and kind to each other.
