I spoke with Luis Nishimura. He is a Software Developer working with C#, Angular and MVC.
But this is not what is interesting about him.
Luis has an amazing story. Originally from Peru, he worked as the manager of a Furniture Factory. Then he moved to Japan and eventually migrated to Canada where he started pursuing his coding career.
But it wasn't easy. He went back to college at the age of 35. After that he had a bumpy start in the technology industry. His lack of experience was the main problem. He almost give up, but he didn't.
By listening to his story you will realize that it is never later too late to shift gears and change careers if you put your mind to it!
