I spoke with Michael Jolley. He is a Developer Advocate at Vonage and as he describes, he spends his days focused on helping others to succeed.
Beyond his work duties, he live stream coding 3 times a week for about 3 to 4 hour each time. It is a lot of commitment!
This is not going on for a long time. Just about 2 years, starting back in 2018.
We discussed how this has helped him landing his current job. We also went through his process on how to put a live stream together, how to build community from it, what motivates him to do this and a lot more.
